Urgent opening for Area Sales Manager - SOHO

Location : Bangalore.

CTC : upto 15 lacs p.a.
Department, Function : Enterprise Sales for Home Solution

Reports to (Position) : Regional Sales Head

Job Summary :
Engage with key decision makers of Large to small scale businesses to explore their needs for a structured maintenance contracts for their commercial establishments.
Manage the entire business development cycle , work strategically with key customers, Channel partners with a large B2B footprint. Provide 360 degree solutioning by working with various inter departmental stakeholder.
Understanding the Maintenance contract market and build suitable business development plans to maximize sales opportunities within these accounts.
List The Duties and Responsibilities

Handling the entire key account strategy for corporates
Corporate Selection and Appointment
Presentation to relevant stakeholders.
Working with internal; teams for solutioning.
Daily service operations management.
Robust sales pipeline management with rigorous follow ups.
Follow rigorous collection cycle as agreed .
Meeting Key accounts directly for business and crack the order. The Key account management and relationship ownership has to be strongly maintained.
Build a large funnel of hot and warm prospects to achieve
Customer acquisition and revenue targets across product mix.
Coordination with various departments, like Service Delivery, Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance etc. to extend seamless customer onboarding, activation and customer experience.
Providing regular and timely feedbacks from Customers and Business Partners.
Create the brand in segment.

Experience Required
(Minimum relevant or equivalent industry experience required Please also state what might be desirous / advantageous)
Proven experience in managing business development.
Preferred experience in having worked with Partner acquisition in annual maintenance contract business space.
Minimum 4-6 years of such relevant experience. .
Experience in working with key stakeholders of large/medium account
Excellent communication & presentation skills with negotiation capabilities
Academia

Personal Attributes :
Highly self-motivated and directed to work in unstructured start up scenario to build and create business.
Strong relationship skills
