Job Description

1. Responsible to drive competency based Talent Acquisition process for Pan India across all levels by attracting key talent into the organization through various internal and external sources.
2. Initiate & monitor cost control and cost reduction measures in the recruitment function.
3. Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization.
4. Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
5. Build a quality relationship with internal customers /external agencies.
6. Manage and develop the team of Recruiters.
7. Analyze and set action plan on monthly recruitment trends within the organization and the industry.
8. Branding organization at various campus for direct hire and summer interns.
9. To drive the Background verification process for all employees.
10. Ensure that all processes are followed in line with the agreed SOPs.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
